Because the team stopped playing dump and chase. Every game this year up until the Detroit game, they were playing dump and chance. Detroit game was the first 1 I noticed they stopped that and it's also the first game they actually looked good in.

Is Dermott being showcased for a trade perhaps. I found it extremely weird for him to get benched last game as well for making basically 1 mistake. There really hasn't been any mistakes from anyone yet tonight so no reason to bench him.
