I'm not sure how the two are the same at all. Had we pulled the goalie here and scored, it still would've counted.

Remember folks, if you lift someone's stick, it's a hooking penalty.
However, if you lift someone's arms so that they hit themselves in the face with their own stick, it's fair game.

If there’s no penalty, you can’t pull the goalie. It’s ridiculous that you can erase the penalty, but the goal scored before counts still.

They should go back to when the call was made.

Technically you can pull your goalie at any time.

The complaint could've been if we scored into the empty net and they called it back because of the penalty.
