I´ll start:

Canada does not reach the finals.

We´ll see gloves dropped at least once.

One gimmick team makes it out of the group stage.

Canada loses in OT to Sweden in the SF

Final is Sweden 2 games to 1 over USA

Both joke teams go out in the first round (NA wins one game)

Worst team is Europe

Lead scorer is Filip Forsberg

Bettman is drown out by boos during the final presentation of the ridiculous flower vase "trophy," since the worst thing about the 2004 WC was the one thing the NHL kept
 
Sweden gets beaten pretty badly by Russia.

Canada plays Russia in the final.
Canada wins 2, Russia wins 1.

NA-U23 lose 3 games and are out. Same with Team Europe.

Lead scorer is Tarasenko.

Laine continues to impress but Finland falls to Canada in the Semi.

Forsberg excels for Sverige but Sweden doesn't make it to the semis.

No, as mentioned above, I believe that both teams will lose all three games.
Keep in mind that for this tournament, there is no qf. Thus, the top 2 teams from each group make it to the semis.

I think Finland and Russia make it from their group, and CAN + USA from the other.
 
Finland will play much better than what their roster on paper would indicate. (Talk about safe bets...)
 
The Bouwmeester fiasco in selecting him will force Canada to go against their systematic belief in the righty/lefty deal and end up going with 2 right handed defensemen as one of their pairs.

USA wins tournament over Canada 2 games to none. A sweep.

And if Canada sticks with Jaybo in the whole tournament, Canada won't make finals and it'll be USA 2 games to 1 over Sweden.

You didn't say they will lose "all three games". You said they will lose three games and be out. You can lose two games in the group stage, advance and lose a semi-final. That's three losses.
 
In a major plot twist, Babcock unexpectedly abandons his RH/LH defense balance in overtime of game 3 against the Czech Republic. Pietrangelo is paired with Weber. Michalek rings the puck around the boards and Pietrangelo, being a RHed D playing on his wrong side, just....can't.....get a stick on the puck. Krejci has snuck in behind Pietrangelo, grabs the puck and catches Weber flat-footed. Krejci cruises in on the breakaway and goes low blocker side on Price to win the World Cup. Camera pans to a dejected Bouwmeester on the bench.

True, good point. Sorry, what I meant is that they will lose all 3 group stage (round robin) games.
 
-More players to drop out due to...injuries and not being at 100% quite yet.

-One of the gimmick teams will reach the finals.

-TV ratings will reach Olympic hockey like numbers as people from all over the world tune in...seriously...for realsies...

Goals per game average with Czech Republic will be 6. Czechs will only score 2 goals the whole tournament.
Go figure.
 
1. Murphy'Law ...Either McGod or Mathews or Price goes down with season ending injury...assuring a great lottery pick for the 2017 entry draft.

2.Over the Cliff Hossa fails to score a goal in the tournament .

3.Team Finland wins the Tournament.

4.Sebastian Aho...not Laine named WCOH MVP.

5.Crosby fails to score a goal in the Tournament. Tge Kessel syndrome seems to apply again as nobody with talent seems to be able to figure out how to click with Crosby.

6.Jaybo gets exposed.

7.Ovechkin fails to get a goal in the Tournament...Ah...married life...changed man.
8.Babcock's checking system results in Canada not giving g up.many goals but also not producing as much offense as expected.

8.Team NA u-24 will lead tge WCOH on offense at least until the big injury to either McGod or Mathews.

9.Lundqvist not Price will be the first team all-star WCOH goalie ...

10. Some goalie will probably pull off a 55 save steal win game...Probably for Team Europe...for maybe their only win?
