Canuck fan here, hope it is ok and I don't think anything I"m about to say will be objectionable.

I'm finding the difference in game day threads between the Canucks board and Avs board interesting-several people on the Avs board predicting big scores in favor of the Canucks, the general consensus on the Canucks board being that they are in tough and will need a big game from Demko. More often we see fans overly high on their own teams.

With the dominant stars these two teams have we should be in for a treat, regardless of the score.

I'm benching Georgie in fantasy tonight which should be a good idea in theory. But probably means he's pitching a shutout somehow.

Im doing the same thing because I rather play Saros and im not worried about Georgiev getting a shutout lol. Its already 3-0 Vancouver. Faith in George is gone but im going keep him because there are no better waiver options.

Avs team defense is very bad. With the Nucks scoring at will this will be a blood bath. You can play DeSmith tonight and breeze to a win.

CT scan came back clean which ruled out most of the big concerns(Tumor, Hemmorhage, etc) so now I have a follow up appointment tomorrow and then another one on December 5th to do more extensive testing.

So still don't have a diagnosis but I think mostly out of the woods for the immediate threats.

I think/hope anyway.

On the other side:
-Pettersson has been playing hurt. Until recently he was still getting his points but has clearly not been his usual self.
-The Canucks' depth on defence is very poor. One wouldn't think that losing Carson Soucy to injury should make much of a difference, but it does. Juulsen hasn't been playing at a level below NHL replacement level and Myers is best playing fewer and somewhat sheltered minutes.
-The Canucks have been tired from number of games and a brutal travel schedule. The schedule hasn't been as horrible the last few days but it is unlikely they've completely caught up.
