But it is an interesting case that most people don't have a f***ing clue (including me) what they are talking about critiquing assistant coaches. Go on reddit and they seem convinced that it's Baumgardner is the problem, not the entire coaching staff. Or the mania that Jason King and Brad Shaw were going to magically fix the coaching situation.

The only assistant coach where we know their roles and their true impact is the goaltending coach, Ian Clarke. The rest we are muddy at best.
