Wouldn't shock me if they make room for D-Petey, Wilander and even Mancini, perhaps as early as down the stretch this season.

Yes, the guard did change last year, but the 'changing' was underwhelming. Out were Cole and Zadorov; 'in' were Desharnais and Forbort. They brought back Myers and Soucy. And Friedman was supposed to be the 'swing' guy.

Fast forward, Desharnais and Friedman are gone; and Forbort and even Soucy may join them. The only 'constants' are Hughes and Hronek, and the latter has missed two months with a shoulder issue.

Soucy is healthy-scratched again. How many times is that this year?

I'd be shocked if he isn't on the move at the TDL. He won't get you much because of the extra year on his contract. A mid-round pick is probably the best they'll get.
