Eh, Sens fans have said for years that DJ Smith did him dirty. This seems as much a development failure as anything else TBH.

DJ Smith absolutely did not do him dirty lol. DJ gave him very soft minutes, played him a good amount on both special teams (he was ok on PK, a detriment on the PP...), increased his opportunity when injuries occurred, played him almost every night, and relatively often over 20mins.
