I tend to agree, but they often get used as an either or, but I feel like Williander’s value is quite a bit higher.

I love this team and this message board lately for Vancouver fans.

We're in such flux there's a value of FWDs thread while there should be a value of UFA Boeser thread immedietly below it.

And in that Value of UFA Boeser thread, Canuck fans should realistically state their needs are actually two more Brock Boeser's.

Like yeah we need the best forward available, but we obviously are also about to walk away from Brock so heck we need to replace him too.

And we still need to replace Miller.

And Petey is MIA, some help picking up his slack is needed.

So truly, Value of the best 3 forwards available.

We signed Marcus Petey after a week.

We signed Drew O'Connor within a month.

Yet Brock Boeser, he of 527 games played as a Canuck, including 165 played for Rick Tocchet is still unsigned.

Brick by brick continues. But Canucks need like 3 more forward bricks.

Anyone wanna trade us two Boeser's for our one?

Interesting discussion. I hope the Canucks are v wary about adding another player with big cap hit well into their 30s. If they’ve done one good thing through this weird season, it’s managed their cap well.
That’s why I wouldn’t pay much for O’Reilly, would even be wary of Forberg or Buchnevich … I mean, how close are they? Or is it all just about demonstrating to Hughes that they think they’re close?
