Avs need picks and prospects. They have no 1st, 2nd or 3rd round picks til 2027 and they have no A, B or C level prospects in the pipeline.

The Pens can refill the Avs coffers in a Nate trade. Breathe some life into a franchise/ team on life support!

It is absolutely hilarious to see the reactions of this and then have 15 Sid to Colorado threads per year where people actually act like that is a plausible idea.

Besides, we all know if/when Nate tells the Avs he wants to fulfill his dream of playing with his friend, Sidney, Pens won’t be paying market rate as Colorado will do right by Nate. 2nd and Graves, be thankful we’ll give you that much when there is no leverage to negotiate.
