I feel like I'm encroaching on a hate indifference for this team that might be irreversible. Anyone else feel like that?

For ownership to ignore this and a third GM to let this happen again and this coach getting no heat whatsoever, I've never hated disliked this team like this before and the last 3 seasons, it's like why do any of us give a flying f*** watching them knowing they don't care at all and seeing countless players get ruined, the shitty stuff you hear about the players that struggle under this coach - it's a f***ing lot of players too...

It sucks the air out of the room being a fan, even if they sucked but just needed time to mature to get better because they're young and have a new coach, I can stand that. The X Gen stuff, even that was fine because at least they tried and the coaches were limited in their experience but you had hope one of the picks would end up being something.

This franchise is an epic joke compared to the struggling X Gen era. They're no better than the Pirates, except in the Pirates case - a shit owner, meh managers, etc - they're so cheap they want to play youth, just not pay them. They're the worst of the 3 Pittsburgh franchises, the Penguins.

It’s almost getting to Matt Canada levels for me. When it gets there, I will officially hate the team until something is done.

No this is quite easily worse than the Matt Canada stuff. Far worse. For me it's like the assistant coach bs with Fichtner, Canada, and Smith. It's one idiot after another. But even a moron like Tomlin somehow gets the Steelers into a playoff team.

Not hate, no. Something perhaps worse: indifference. I mean I obviously still care. I watch a lot of games and I post a lot. But I used to get worked up about wins and losses and think about the Pens all day and now I just find myself pining for a future that hasn't arrived yet rather than being anxious about how things are currently being run.

Firing Mike Sullivan after this game gives the team 3 full days for a new coach to meet with the team and get in at least 2-3 practices.
