Less than a week out from Thanksgiving - good chance there's several hundred sets of families in the audience who paid exceedingly tough money to come watch this. Many are probably not die hards like the folks on this site and had no idea what they were getting in to. Many may take years to come back.

The average in-person attendee in sports is often just looking for a nice outing. What this organization has created is downright embarrassing and disgusting as an on-ice product.
