I was really hoping for a touchdown.
At this point, I think Dubas and Sully have an under the table handshake deal.
Get this team as many L’s as possible for a top 3 pick and you get to keep your job. That's the only thing that makes sense.
At least it looks like they are going the route of the tank that has worked the best for teams, if you are going to suck, be the best at sucking and get a bunch of high end picks.

Yeah I looked back on the Bylsma issues and Sid was supposedly vocal about that. So if he's suddenly quiet about Sullivan then he deserves this.

@Honour Over Glory You were asking earlier whether any of us hated the Pens now and I said that I didn't. But I was just following post game coverage of the team and seeing quotes like this:
Taylor Haase: "How many times does Kyle Dubas have to publicly say that they aren't at a point where they're actually even trying to build a contender before people get it? The goal is accumulating picks and prospects, not building a team that will do anything right now."
and then seeing Yohe with his puff piece about how Sullivan still cares about the team and blah blah blah
and then seeing DK seemingly blaming anybody but Sullivan in his commentary on the team
and Rossi putting out the most vapid empty calorie coverage of the team...
Yeah all of that made me realize that while I don't particularly hate the Pens I very much loathe the Pittsburgh media and their coverage of the team . If I have hate for anything Pens related it's for them.

Kyle has to be the dumbest f*** not to learn from by JR quit and why Hextall was rail roaded, now he's become the season according to Pens media analysts etc and Sullivan is the poor old victim.
My deep rooted hatred for Pens media is well noted here.

How many deals did your Oilers make last season after 13 games? A coach that has lost the room isn't going to be fixed by a series of magical trades. This is years of this going on. Mediocre results a few yrs ago but now it's far worse.
Even if we’re scheduled to draft in the top 3 I doubt Uncle Gary will help us out this time.
