Utah was going to overpay no matter what. Better to overpay a little on a small deal than overpay a lot on a big deal.

Detroit's D is comically bad outside of Seider and Edvinsson now. Hopefully their kids are ready soon. Apparently Johansson looks okay, that's good.

He was no better than any of our other D outside of the two listed. Probably the worst so far this season outside of Gus, who I don’t consider an NHL quality player.
