Speaking of shit, why stop the posting party about it now.

So for long endurance events there companies that make basically Gatorade but way more calories and carbs. The mix I drink has about 360 calories per standard water bottle.

I drank about 6 of them yesterday.

The shits the day after drinking that much of that stuff is incomprehensible and not exactly an enjoyable situation.

Which then from there I washed it down with a burrito, 2 frozen pizzas, and a 6 pack of IPAs. A real quality diet.


I need a butt plug but not for pleasurable reasons, but those reasons too.
