Every other asset is affordable but Malibu. You had to buy like 5 of them to go to the final level so I just got the warehouse, taxi stand, car dealership and some others and moved on

I don't have time to earn 120k

And by the way trying to earn to buy those assets was a pain. I remember running the dealership by the airport you kept having to sell cars. it was dumb

f*** you had to hunt down certain cars and see where they spawn and drive them back to the dealership I hated that. I had google open trying to tell me where each car spawned but sometimes you'd go to the lot like by the stadium on the pier and there's nothing there or the car you want isn't there.

Just drive around and collect the assets you already have once they max out.

It adds up fast.

Not to mention you should have near $120,000 since you’ve beaten the story anyways

That mission sucked as did the ice cream one

I remember just pulling up to the bridge driving slowly and people would come "get ice cream" and then the cops would come and the second they hit your door the mission fails. In GTA SA if the cop reached your car and didn't open the door yet you could drive away.

That said I don't think I've ever gotten a full level in any of the taxi / police / paramedic things because I don't try to go to 100% and once it goes past 10 the missions are impossible

The highest I went was I think paramedic in San Andreas I went up to about 12 or 13 then the missions got impossible.
