I am a federal worker but I received an offer yesterday and I think I'm gonna take it.

They're going to be pulling my remote work agreement most likely and I'm not able to relocate. I'm not tenured yet either and there are multiple upcoming RIF (reduction in force) events coming up, and they take out the probies and conditionals (I'm the latter) first at those times. Came to civil service for stability and I haven't gotten any.

Well, in fairness, the Panthers looked awful the last 2 months of the season & no one knew how or if they'd be able to "flip the switch" considering the number of injuries they had been dealing with along with the Ekblad situation. But Maurice did the same thing last season as far as resting players the last month and it led them to The Cup so never underestimate this team.

Playoffs != Regular Season, the Panthers are perfectly built for the playoffs and the Lightning aren't. I had Florida representing the East from the beginning and I'd still bet on that (I don't bet, but if I did) today.

Not that I watched much of the Panthers, but it seemed like they were just dogging it during the regular season.

They saw what happened to Tampa going to 3 Finals in a row, and Maurice wasn't going to just sleepwalk into the same situation.
