Not the biggest fan of pheasant but if done right it’s very good. Not a fan of duck at all tbh .

The best duck I ever had was at a Thai restaurant. It was served cold as part of an appetizer and it was to die for.

It's really fatty though, you have to know what to do with it.

On an unrelated note It can be tricky to find authentic Chinese food at times. Totally worth it when you can, and I definitely have not eaten 85,421 dumplings in one sitting in NY's Chinatown before.
