Not to dismiss science but we get so many conflicting reports on what is considered healthy and not healthy that it has cheapened the term. You could say a salad isn't healthy because it doesn't have enough protein.

I couldn't give two shits if my food has 600 chemicals and bloat and dyes and artificial flavoring.

But complain to me on IG about how the Wawa Buffalo Chicken sandwich has all those chemicals, or Costco. "THE INGREDIENT LIST IS TOO LONG"

I think the biggest problem is that if you complain long enough you could get any food in the US banned. You can't eat a burger, too fatty. You can't eat meat, it's not good for you. Do I look like a f***ing vegetarian? And again, if you eat all salad all day how do you get protein? Through pills?

It's just, it just complicates eating more than it should be.

And I get it. People have allergies. People can't eat gluten, whatever. But I don't think there's a broad stroke you can just apply to everyone and say "See, this is what is generally agreed upon as healthy." And that's what the f***ing media tries to paint. "If you have 2 drinks or more a day you'll definitely get cancer." Doubt x
