ESPN used to be the only show in town but they aren't anymore. All their talent is leaving to other networks. There are other places you can get sports now. It's not all Sportscenter anymore.
People are getting sick and tired of being fed Tebow / NBA talk all day. People want to hear about something else

That's why I want to see what he says. If he counters this with a big blow, if he's vicious in saying "IT'S THE TRUTH", if he defends his reputation and shows proof, then Deadspin is dead.

I remember hearing about this story on the radio. Damn.
I could go back to HS right now and fail all the calculus classes even with my experience. Because I'm that mentally challenged in mathematics.

Anthony was one of the funniest people I've heard on radio.
I remember when I started listening in 2001. One of the best impersonators I've heard. I remember the old Tyson bits, the Nixon "Jeeeew" bits, the Joe West "Be dialing!". I'm Quantum Dice here!
Reagan was also great, he'd always be out of the studio when Reagan was in.
Yes, Anthony wasn't as funny when he cut down on the impressions. And his views on politics and race might have rubbed many the wrong way. But while we focus on the bad, we conveniently forget about "Good Anthony". Impression Anthony, "Professor Anthony", Anthony that would watch his documentaries and tell us about them, Anthony talking about space, et cetera.
Even political Anthony had his good moments. I won't forget the time he trolled housewives during the Casey Anthony trial. The end of Anthony means the end of hilarious debates, Ant shouting over people to "go **** ya motha! I DIDN'T SAY THAT. WHEN DID I SAY THAT. **** YOU. **** YOU. **** YA MOTHA." Yes, it's not a fair debate tactic, but this is not debate club we're listening to. We're listening to an entertainment program.
So as a great radio career comes to an end I remember the man who made me laugh for so many years. He was a brilliant entertainer, and master troll. RIP Ant
