Ew... or even Raonic. God, I can't believe I just said that.

Still won't keep me from hoping though. I need to see him and Nadal win one more slam each. This new generation and upcoming generation blows.

Yeah, Fed absolutely could not break Raonic's serve. It would be a question of who can hold it together for the tiebreakers.

I haven't read the tennis board here much. Do you like Thiem at all or is he just a ball basher to you?

I haven't followed him as closely as I'd have liked to but I think he's the most promising up and comer on tour who actually has the best chance of realizing and living up to his potential. That one handed backhand of his is a thing of beauty and reminds me of Wawrinka's. Lots of power, decent variety. Needs to improve the consistency on his serve and his movement/defense on the backhand wing though IMO.

Unlike so many, he seems to have a really good head on his shoulders too.

His movement is the one thing that probably has me the most concerned about whether he can win a slam in the future. Of course he'd have to round out those other things you mention too if he were to dominate the tour like Djokovic, Nadal, or Federer have at times.
