Salazar was removed from Friday's matchup with the Twins due to right forearm tightness, LaVelle E. Neal III of the Star Tribune reports.
Spin: Salazar had given up three earned runs in 3.2 innings before leaving. His removal was reportedly a precautionary measure. The severity of the forearm tightness is not known at this time. Salazar's next scheduled start is Wednesday against the White Sox. His status for that start is currently up in the air.
