Option 1: Get a signed letter from your manager or human resources department confirming no conflict of interest, along with a full list of job duties and responsibilities provided by the employer. Then amend section B of your application with your employment up until the present date, and amend question 2 of Section C of the application to yes.


Option 2: As we discussed, you intend to end your employment with the company. Send me a signed and dated copy of your resignation letter to your employer. Then amend section B, disclosing your last day of work.


I know you are on vacation, and there is no rush, take your time to decide what you want to do.
