theyre on sale at bestbuy for $260 til the end of august

solid bass has me worried on those hammy, you want flat headphones, not ones where they boost frequencies... although I suppose it's different as a listener vs someone mixing/recording but still I like when songs sound how they actually sound

Sennheiser RS 120 II look like cheaper alternatives and better sound but if it's free and you don't care then whatever but I would personally never use Beats
