Just to follow up, my wife and I shop there a lot. We have over 700,000 points and have been waiting for an opportunity to redeem. We spent an hour in the store filling up two carts with the two screaming kids in toe. When we went to checkout the cashier advised us that the bonus points were limited to two transactions per day. This is different from the past $210 promotion which did not involve getting points back (as an aside, whoever dreamed up this whole points back promotion should be fired. The $210 bonus program was easily understood).
Anyway, feeling like a fight I called customer service. Told them that nowhere on the flyer did it mention a cap. She referred me to Rule 25 of the program which states it. I told her that was nonsense. Historically under the old promotion you could redeemed as many times as you wanted. If they were changing the precedent that had been the norm for years, then they should inform customers of it. Hiding behind some rule that has never really been enforced on a website nobody will look up is quite franky, a cop out.
I told her I expected to be compensated for my time. She put me on hold and came back and offered me 16K points. I told her that simply wasn't good enough for my time wasted and to do better. Told her to escalate it to someone with the authority to make me happy because I would keep escalating it until I was. She took my info and told me they would be in touch.
Just want to advise everyone that the promo has a max of 2 transactions per day. Anyone looking to do more than that should call customer service and complain.
