You have to understand the horse racing circuit is completely different here, you've probably never heard of any of our biggest races either. Cheltenham and Ascot are the main ones and even Brits who aren't posh or into gambling might not know that.

Literally the only American horse race I've heard of is the Kentucky Derby and that's mostly through posting on HF.

Literally no Brits are paying attention to American horse racing of their own volition. I would've only known the answer once he'd used the 50/50 and it was between the Kentucky Derby and the other one
