Ordered this dining set off Amazon.
Literally the second to last piece was damaged and unusable.
Call the manufacturer, they have no problem sending a replacement piece.
Get the piece the next week, and it's the wrong f***ing piece.
Call them again, they don't have the correct piece in stock.
"Oh, you bought it on Amazon? Go ask them for help."
ughhhhhh
Go through the Amazon site, all it does is direct me to the manufacturer's site.
Open an automated chat, it wants me to return the thing, which is not happening.
Finally talk to a human, he immediately has to transfer me.
Get another CSR and he makes no effort to rectify the situation and just offers me a partial refund of 40%.
Shit yeah, I'll take the money.
Then I went right back to the manufacturer's website to submit a replacement part request online.
The company I work for sells a good bit through Amazon.
Amazon absolutely sucks.
While customer service did give me a 40% refund, they did nothing to actually help me.
The first CSR immediately elevated me to another CSR, who asked nothing about the situation and just asked if I wanted to do a return or receive a partial refund.
The breakfast nook is about 95% complete and totally usable without this little decorative shelf, but they gave me a 40% refund, lol okay
the second they let fans back in i will be there like the old day with a tablet watching moviesNot too hopeful at this point. If they do play any games the only way I would be able to watch is if they are televised or streamed. Still have some hot spots in this province right now, including my postal code.
Do you think you'll go to any Caps games @John Price ? I actually haven't checked the box scores for attendance.
Sure miss the arena, I would kill for some of those freshly made beer nuts, the stand was by my exit. I usually bought two bags, one for later. Miss roadies as well, a hockey game is a great excuse to get out and see the province.
40% off a broken and unusable product is a ripoff.
That's the thing, it's not broken and unusable.
The piece that was damaged was literally the second to last piece to install, so the nook is functionally complete.
I still have the damaged piece, if I wanted to fix it up
Yeah... until you sit down and break it.
Gotta itch that fomo by getting stupidly believing the shills on Reddit, buying into SNDL, obsessively watching it for an hour, then panic selling to break even.
What a rush
wait until you start f***ing around with options
it's a whole other level
I don't want to understand options because I would probably do some stupid shit with them.
