I'd like to play Wreckfest, but Steam keeps trying (and I guess failing) to update it.

Tried verifying game files, would rather not uninstall it.

I should just play BF4 instead... yeahhh

I played one race of Wreckfest as it is included in EA Origin yearly pass

I know, and it is looking like this year will be completely scrubbed. The drag is that Mississauga was building to this year, you could see them stacking up on younger players with a certain birth year a couple seasons ago when they traded off their older players to playoff teams. Even last year, I was really looking forward to the team this year. Oh well, at the end of the day bigger problems exist.

Missing hockey though. I went to JR A and for a kick the small town Jr C teams. Being inside a rink right now would feel like standing in the Taj Mahal!

I think it's pretty good.

It's not incredibly deep or realistic, but it's grounded enough to make the smash-up derby aspect more fun.

I had one race, had to alt tab, and the game crashed on me

How can it crash after an alt tab

After my wife & I decided to skip our monthly hockey road trips this season (as worried about viral exposure at lodging & dining venues as at the arenas), and our local women's Div I team delayed their start date & then blocked fan attendance, I had a notion that I'd fill some gaps attending local NA3HL Tier III junior home games this winter. But when I heard reports of fans ignoring distancing & masking guidance in the stands and lobby, that option fell through the thin ice. The Hockey East free streams have been my temporary salvation from hockey withdrawal. I feel your pain.
