You don't walk, you push off and glide, the slippery nature of ice is what makes it work. If you tried to take steps on ice, then that is harder, but that's not really skating.

i've only been on a rink like twice for Capitals season ticket holder skates

sometimes they let you skate on the arena ice at Capital One Arena but you have to bring your own skates

Never done that. No point doing that.

I've always enjoyed Fifa when I played it but just never bought it but its free with Xbox Gamepass Ultimate since it comes with EA Play
