Started in Jacksonville, FL in 1994 by two brothers who were former firefighters. Gained traction in a sandwich chain market that wasn't so saturated then, playing on their former careers for customer sympathies & loyalty. I liked their sandwiches for the first 10 years or so, but as they expanded with franchise locations it seemed like they lost quality control with their steaming process. Lately they've been a soggy mess.

I hear ya, if the OHL season had started there was a good chance last night would have been the season opening game for Mississauga. I miss live hockey.
