Now gooey buttercake my whole family agrees on. Another St. Louis signature food.
Oh, jeez, now the pressure is on. At least @RayP chose Salt+Smoke on his own; I just recommended dishes.
My 34 year-old son's favorite ...Post a pic of a good version of this please
If you have to add sauce to barbecue (especially brisket), then it isn't good barbecue. Glad y'all enjoyed it, mostly.Brisket was really, really good. The fries were soggy and bad. The raviolis were awesome. I got 5 different sauces, none were very good and some were just nasty.
the brisket alone made it worth it, though.
Wife was really happy with the pulled pork sandwich she got, and the Mac and cheese. She didn’t like the beans, I thought they were ok.

Tastes differ, usually by region. But if barbecued meat of any kind isn't moist enough to be "wet" on its own, it's been overcooked & all you'll taste is the sauce.I disagree with this.

This I can agree with. I'll put my opinion this way, in that case: the sauce should enhance the flavor of the meat, not replace the flavor of the meat. I'm basically agreeing, in other words.
Personally, my favorite regional style is probably a tie between Carolina style and Hong Kong style.
This is also my stance. Even perfect cooked BBQ I want a little sauce to go with it.
Two words: Pork steaks. Not too much though and the meat should be marinated and cooked with the sauce. ...
She favorited some mildly transphobic posts on Twitter. It shouldn’t be a big deal but the social justice media mob doesn’t know how to not make a big deal about things.
Wouldn't you be happier in Slytherin?Think you're a bit behind there pal
Your choice whether you're offended or not but the favouriting of the tweets was only the beginning, she's done a lot worse since then.
She wrote a long blog post to double down on her views and used the argument straight out of the playbook of the American right, that men will attack women in toilets. And her excuse for having this view was that she's scared of sexual assault and her ex husband was abusive. With of course a bit of "muh biology" thrown in.
More recently she's released a novel in which the antagonist is a serial killer who dresses up as a woman to murder women
Hufflepuff for meWhen I get Hogwarts Legends I'll make a Slythern character named JP
