I’ve done heroin and I take kratom daily big difference. It saved me from a gnarly opiate addiction. Granted it’s essentially taking one addiction for another but since I’ve been taking kratom my health has improved, mood, and the pain relief is legit. I can go a few days without it if I want which isn’t the case with pharmaceuticals. It’s definitely not perfect but it’s much better than the alternative
