I have not had any energy to cook, or shop lately, ordered in more then usual lately, such a good feeling when you finally start chewing some well needed warm food!

Finished last nights delivery order for lunch. I think I will make a home made pizza, it is quick to make and doesn't require a entire kitchen cleanup. Granted, the crust is already made and just needs to thaw.

I sometimes have done a home made pizza as well but it's literally bare bones material.
No real dough or anything, I just use flatout flat bread, sugar free ragu sauce, turkey pepperoni and some 2% mozzarella cheese. Takes no time.

Also my chinese food sucked.
It did last time as well so I probably won't be getting anything from there for a while.
Unless I just go back to lo mein noodles instead of General Tso

Same here, I get shells and simply add what I want or have. The more you add the more rewarding but I can't keep fresh ingredients all the time. I used to do super pizzas on weekends with dough from a bread maker. You could also roll and fold the dough into a panzo, man, that would stick to the ribs of a skinny guy like me.

Thanks and Gosh Bless, but I can see a couple issues ahead with some machines that I have to fix. One is a old cranker in a very dusty warehouse, and we grandfathered these in hoping for a better bid. But with a fresh pizza digesting and fresh sheets, I will sleep well tonight for as long as I can. Cooled off here in Mississauna as well...
