It's not Natasha. And it's not Damien. I'm sure of that. It's either Big Pete, or someone this coke using restaurant owner that Carlo met earlier hired to finish him. The restaurant guy, that was the plot twist i was referring to. Carlo was on a very solid discovery regarding the case (hence why he said to Pete this could interest the police), and then he gets killed.
