Move in with gurl

Current apartments are too small and my tenancy agreement runs through the end of the year (one month's rent as a penalty), but basically I spend 95% of my time at her place. There just isn't enough room to fit all of my clothes and stuff, also it would be way more expensive to rent a parking spot there for my car.

She might move to a bigger apartment soon as her agreement is already up (on a monthly basis now) and the rent is somewhat expensive (almost 200 euros more than what I'm paying for a nearly identical sized apartment, though mine is a lot older and not as close to the city center). It's just that she's been away for work the whole summer and I've done those murderous 10-14h days, so we haven't had time to look at anything during the summer. We did go to one apartment preview before she left, but the building had no elevator (mother-in-law's knees are doan, so it's kind of a must have) and we both would've had to pay penalties.

Sadly my apartment doesn't have such luxuries, though electric saunas in general aren't that good and apartment building saunas are too small (the heat goes from 0-100 in a second when you throw water, not good, you're meant to enjoy it). Gurl has one of those mini saunas in her apartment and you can barely fit two normal sized people there lirl.
