I know how to make the sportsbook more fun, let's give everyone a pathetic amount of money.

Canadiens not drafting Wright put me on welfare, god damn it.

Wait a minute, you have to click on someone's name to see their sportsbook cash? Oh why even bother then

i'm looking into qa and automated testing

years of playing buggy EA games have given me experience reporting bugs

i started in QA with not much more real-world experience than this

don't apply for automated/SDET jobs. just look for some manual testing. most companies worth their salt will help train you and mold to what the need - which will likely lean more towards SDET as you gain experience.

it might be kind of a shitty time to start looking for those gigs though. any time over the last 12-year bullrun would have been a better choice, but good luck nonetheless

I've used Jenkins and GitLab for CI/CD but I prefer the latter because you have full workflow integration, etc. The paid versions let you run CICD on GitHub repositories which is fab.

I'm terrified of the amount of work that it will be to go from TC -> Github Actions.

We have thousands of tests running on every check-in. Stuff is going to break so hard.

i would never want @John Price to work in QA

kind of guy to cut corners when he gets used to something

maybe

having a purpose in life can change things though.

i was doing exactly what ix is doing now 10-15 years ago. i was just slacking off all day long. mix that in with some addiction and it was a real shit show.

obviously i have a great family support system and was able to get out of that stuff. work helped a lot when i finally got out there. life is pretty ok these days.

French’s mustard is still good tho.

Sometimes a healthy squirt of French’s “Classic Yellow” just hits right on things. :yo: :)

Kinda funny how they make great mustard but absolutely suck shit at ketchup making.

French's Mustard is good, so is Heinz.

I don't like ketchup enough to be strongly opinionated about it.

Mayo on the other hand... Duke's or gtfo

French's mustard......Heinz ketchup......Hellman's regular mayo FTW!

Meanwhile, Morning Joe absolutely killing it this morning on the disastrous polling for Bad Man vs. Sleepy Joe in 2024 as well as ripping to shreds Herschel Walker & all the other "wackaddoodles" running for Senate.

If we look at a Venn diagram of "foods that go well with mayo" and "foods that go well with lime", I don't there's going to be a big overlap.

My high ass forgot all about Heinz mustard.

It’s good too. I usually just buy French’s though as it’s more common around here.

No name condiments all can suck it however. Bleh!!
