zaide silent after dreamcatcher just got shit on by Vancouver Canucks

face it,not everyone likes their music

"BUT ANALYTICS RATIO"

like most analytics, the ratio is biased and not a valid statistic. what makes you think the people voting the album up were not already dreamcatcher fan?
I mean, if the members were prettier, I'd say their music is better, because MVs will fit my taste better, but Dreamcatcher lacks in both music quality and appearances.

there will be a lot of anger today

at times like these i bless hf and their rules. the political forum in the old hf would have exploded today

I don't think they lack in music quality. They rebranded after Shakey Love Shake and became more hardcore goth and punk. That's fine. But it just isn't my thing.

It has it's niche appeal but yes, it does deviate strongly from your typical formula for kpop. To be fair "MINX" thought it was too cliche and decided to go in a different more edgy direction. That works for some people but do not act like it is mainstream Zaide because Dreamcatcher is still a niche concept

waiting for any sort of rejoinder from nuanced like

Yeah, it's just a different genre for me. Not into punk rock or heavy metal that kind of stuff.
It's lacking in music quality, according to my opinion, so just take it as a one-person or a small handful thing.

Cherry Filter has the kind of rock beats I like, but Dreamcatcher seems to have stronger beats and voices.

The problem is it's too strong. If they didn't go all out on being so punk and hard rock it might be tolerable. I also insist that hard rock / punk / PVRIS / Paramore style music does not work with Kpop. Props to them for at least trying though but it's not my thing. If everything sounded like the same bop it would be shitty. Dreamcatcher is at least trying new things. They are not my type of things, but let's not pretend they're not pioneers in the rock kpop genre

"that album outside of maison is meh"

that might be the greatest contradiction i've read this month

Your Stan for dream catcher has clouded your judgment. You cannot think rationally on this issue.

It's definitely new, but it's really not the best, I know.

Anytime someone disagrees with your obsession with dream catcher you flip out even though they are clearly niche in their kpop genre

You're too biased to approach this issue rationally.
go tell anyone that their latest album is edgy pop rock stuff and you will get laughed at

if you legitimately i can't think about it rationally, you wouldn't be scared to go ask that to anyone

no dot and maison are the only two edgy ones

locked inside a door and for are jazz-like

always, entrancing and winter are soft ballads

beauty full is non-edgy pop rock

cherry, together and playground are candy pop/typical kpop

starlight is electronic synth pop

I didn't laugh at him.

It's a new genre, but it hasn't inspired me ever since its beginning, to be honest, but there are always a handful who like their music. Or it may be just avant-garde, and might have a boost in popularity later in the years, just like Brave Girls' Rollin'.

Exactly it's niche.

the statement was "go tell anyone that their latest album is edgy pop rock stuff and you will get laughed at", which is factually incorrect besides 2 songs (aka less than 20% of the album)

they've moved away from mainly doing japanese anime rock style songs 2-3 years ago

Weather was good today, thank God.

That's good news. I haven't listened to their latest song, though. Just the old ones.
