This isn't true and you know it. You've been shown multiple times that free players who do not purchase gacha or primogems complete content with much more difficulty than people who just pay to win

The difference between Lost Ark and Genshin is that you don't have to pay 500 dollars to beat Lost Ark

I still have not paid a dime. And Lost Ark has paid mechanisms like Crystal Aurraline or other shit you can buy off the shop, and I've never used it once. All the pay stuff in that game helps to reduce honing mats or time or buy mats (with crystals) as well as dumb cosmetic stuff I never found interesting

You said a free player could complete "harded" content rather easily but that's not true. That's very false.

The complaint online is that MiHoYo is making it TOO hard to complete the game without paying to win. That's the opposite of what you said.
