It can be made easier by going to the Inn before the mission and picking up the rocket launcher there for taking out the two boats full of Haitians quickly. The thing to be careful of with the Landstalker is not to let the cops box you in or hit you too hard, as it's based on unsafe SUV's of the '80s which were VERY easy to tip over on their sides or even upside-down due to the top heaviness of the design. A lot of game guides will try to direct the player to the Pay 'N Spray in the Little Haiti area to get the wanted level heat off Tommy, but it's way too far out of the way and it's actually a much faster and quicker route to just follow the G.P.S. With a delicate balance of fast yet precise driving, and being careful not to let the police shoot out any tires or drag you out of the vehicle and bust Tommy, it's actually a pretty much direct shot back to Café Robina.
