No, I'm not into all that, but I just can't be dismissive about people complaining about bad bosses and work conditions as I've seen it, it's happened to co workers and I as well and the spouse. Sure, so many people just whine these days, about everything, but I've seen the ugly side of the coin. There are some really ugly on the inside people, seems they are more likely to get pegged for management then someone who is honest and actually cares about where they work and who they work with.

There's a reason it's called office politics and it can be as smelly as the real thing in some companies.
