That criticism makes no sense when Ragnarok tried way harder to be funny.

Ragnarok (and by extension Endgame) are what made me start actively disliking the Marvel movies.

But Ragnarock was better than Love and Thunder.

You are very down on Superhero movies yet are "fine" with a movie like Love and Thunder which

- barely showed the main villan
- relied way too much on cringe humor (goats are so hilarious!)
- movie seemed too short

Ragnarok had way more unfunny attempts at humor than Love and Thunder, which is exactly why I praised LaT for not having as much stupid and poorly-timed comedy.

You know what, MCU fans think Endgame was better than Infinity War, so I don't give a f*** what MCU fans think.

They also think Iron Man 3 is better than Iron Man 2, and that Far From Home is better than Homecoming, both incredibly wrong opinions.

The amount of hate for Eternals is amazing, it was a good solid movie just not a typical action flick

James Gunn is specifically talking about people complaining about recent changes that he made.

That's obviously different than shitting on those bad Zack Snyder movies that got made before he was hired.

My only acknowledgement of Henry Cavill being replaced was something along the lines of "He's a good actor, not his fault Zack Snyder sucks".

I have watched like half of the first season of Peacemaker and thought it was decent.

The problems go way beyond that trade. Matty is not the problem. Having Huby here may not have made a big difference. We have been ravaged by injuries & the depth chart is a mess because of cap issues. Again, no one expected us to be as good as last year. Its just that no one expected us to be quite a bad as we are now either. Yes, its looking like maybe hiring Maurice was a bad move. In hindsight, Brunette did a great job in the regular season but what happened in the playoffs was a huge mark against him. Its a darned if you do/darned if you don't situation.

This venom directed against the Panthers is laughable & is only because you are still bitter that they eliminated your Caps despite going 0-for the power play. It is/was a lot more fun when you direct your venom at the Pens because at least you have a valid reason for that.
