I'm kind of wondering this too. Not one vowel is pronounced like an actual vowel (one sound) in english, which is.. interesting.

But then other languages also have silly things like double negatives

Like in Welsh "Dw i ddim yn gwybod dim byd" = I don't know anything but literally translates as "I do not know nothing"
