Good grief how many times do we have to go over this? Broward is NOT "40 miles away from Miami-Dade". 40 minutes maybe depending on where you live in Miami. The Panthers moved because more of the fanbase lived in Broward & Palm beach. Hard Rock is on the Dade/Broward line & sadly there IS nowhere on campus for The U to build a stadium. The Dolphins moved there so fans in Dade & Broward would have a fairly equal distance to travel. The Marlins moved into Little Havana in hopes of catering to the Cuban fanbase & it worked in year one until Ozzie decided to praise Castro & my man Loria had another fire sale. They drew well at Hard Rock until Fire Sale #1.

Your proposed new arena would not have been that far from Metro DC so stop bitching !

And obviously you missed the post I made a week or so ago where the Panthers now have a wait list for season tix. Again, you do not understand how our population works here. It's one LARGE base from West Palm to South Dade. So teams need to take the location of the bulk of where each fanbase comes from. The main problem is that our public transportation situation here is a horror show & if they don't fix it by 2026 the World Cup will be a complete shitshow traffic wise.
