So yeah my bad clones. we should be protected from that. It's just that the companies started policing themselves and removing chat from all games. Heck there is not even text chat in the Finals so you can't even say gg anymore.
Video games were violent but we also didn't have internet back then or the shit talking that was back then too. It's gotten much much worse today. But again, the companies know and this is why they self regulated to the point that they just removed chat altogether. Although there is still proximity chat in COD and the most vile racist shit you'll ever hear from 12 year olds in a lobby
