This is the reason the ADA (American Disabilities Act) does not even recognize ESA's as true service animals as people tend to just want to abuse the system to allow their "pets" to go to places they have no business being at. Thus the reason NCL would never allow Ben to sail (cue Mr. Price having a tantrum over this!

Yeah, people who bring these, what we "lovingly" refer to as "ankle biters" on the ships will go so far as to dress them up & even put them in strollers like they are little babies. Some even have the audacity to let their dogs lick food off their plates at the dining tables. Sadly, even when you know they are lying about what task the dog performs, you are not allowed to accuse them of lying or question them further. 
As soon as anyone tries to bring something other than dog/pony it is an automatic "no" end of discussion.Beautifully said!!!
The one saving grace is that only dogs & miniature horses are recognized as service animals, so there is no way Wally would ever step foot on any of our ships.
