Regent is a higher end cruise line under the Norwegian umbrella. Its clientele is more hoity-toity but I understand the food is pretty high quality. On Norwegian ships, Cagney's Steakhouse, a specialty restaurant has good steaks. They don't serve garlic mashed taters but I've seen them on the main dining room menu as a side for certain dishes.

If I had a super high end cut like $50 and up steak ... I wouldnt want a demi glaze or anything really. medium rare w salt and some butter. I wouldnt want to mask and flavor change my expensive steak.

If im at like a Season 52 or your common upscale neighborhood wine bistro getting a $30 steak, sure demi glaze that shit w my parsnip mash and carrots, I dont care.

I LOVE me some demi glaze. Get those big whole peppercorns in there with that sweet but savory wine deglaze. Just give me a straw and the privacy of a locked bathroom for 3 minutes and 20 seconds.

Pre-2009 there was only 1 UT per year, they didn't even get numbers back then.

This forum has changed so much. It was great from 2002 to like 2005 or 2006, then the mass bannings started and the new era started in 2009.
