The Luigi episode is the 2nd worst meltdown in KN only behind the Amy one

All the people arguing with each other

Woke Karen: "How could Gordon keep someone like Grace on KN? Why doesn't he just refuse to work with crazy?"

rattttinnnnnnggggssss

well i guess it's your opinion but it often runs contrary to critical acclaim

Ragnarok was widely regarded as the best in the 4 Thor movies followed by maybe Thor 1, 2 was bad and 4 sucked

Ragnarok was a situation where the humor actually worked and there was a good mix of humor and serious action. Meanwhile L&T was just poor attempts at humor, goats yelling, and not enough Christian Bale. I remember watching that in theaters and when the credits rolled I was legit pissed.

battlebits is so resource "unintensive" i could probably install it on my laptop and play it, and I haven't played a game on my laptop since 2012

Can you imagine me in the bedroom not on the gaming computer playing battlebits and watching gordon ramsay lol. wild

I didn't like the humor in Ragnarok, it wasn't funny and kept being distracting. When I watched Love and Thunder, I enjoyed it more than Ragnarok. There's a lot of cheap humor, but I felt like the humor wasn't a massive detriment to the film, as it was in Ragnarok.

People hate on Iron Man 2 too much. It has Sam Rockwell and Mickey Rourke. I didn't like the swerve or annoying kid in Iron Man 3.

I didn't like how Endgame cheaply undoes every consequence from Infinity War, which was great precisely because each battle felt like it had weight and consequences. Endgame had way too many cheap pops and nostalgia moments, I don't care if it's the "culmination" of a 10 year franchise, making a good movie would have been a better tribute.

I thought Michael Keaton did a better job than Jake Gyllenhaal, and the storyline was less wacky and stupid in Homecoming.

You went to a theater and paid to see it.

I was in the middle seat on a 4 hour flight and watched this on my phone through the in-flight entertainment.

And yet I still enjoyed it more than I remember enjoying Ragnarok.

In the vast landscape of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Thor: Ragnarok stands as a misstep that falls short of the franchise's high standards. While previous entries showcased a balance between action, drama, and character development, Ragnarok falters on several fronts.

Character development, a hallmark of the MCU's success, takes an unfortunate backseat in Ragnarok. In contrast to the meticulously crafted characters that grace the screen in the cinematic masterpiece that is Ted, Ragnarok's protagonists are reduced to vehicles for comedic one-liners and situational humor. The depth and emotional resonance that Ted effortlessly achieves in its characters are sorely missing from Ragnarok.

Moreover, Ragnarok's pacing feels disjointed, oscillating between frenetic action sequences and drawn-out comedic moments. Unlike the seamless and engaging pacing of Ted, which keeps audiences glued to their seats, Ragnarok's tonal shifts detract from the gravity of the impending Ragnarok, a catastrophic event that should evoke tension and suspense.

In contrast to the tightly woven and multi-layered plot of Ted, Ragnarok's narrative lacks the intricacy and intrigue that fans have grown accustomed to. The film's plot meanders through disparate storylines, including a forced gladiatorial contest, diluting the impact of the impending doom that should be driving the narrative.

Even the introduction of new characters, like Valkyrie and Grandmaster, feels underdeveloped, failing to integrate them seamlessly into the existing Marvel universe. These characters remain on the periphery, overshadowed by Ragnarok's misguided attempts at humor.

In conclusion, Thor: Ragnarok is a departure from the balanced and masterful storytelling that has come to define the Marvel Cinematic Universe. It falls short of achieving the depth, substance, and perfection that the cinematic masterpiece Ted effortlessly embodies. While Ragnarok may offer moments of entertainment, it struggles to capture the essence that elevates films like Ted to the pinnacle of cinematic excellence.

i'm gonna say it, i wish I had some provolone here for my home made chicken parm invention

i'm reheading a panko breaded chicken patty which was previously cooked, in the toaster oven, and I put a dallop of tomato sauce on it like the Italianos do

It just has no cheese, it would have been kickass with melted cheese
