Look I'm going to be honest.......that simply does NOT look like chili! I'm sure it is but I can barely see any meat in it & it looks absolutely nothing like any chili I've ever eaten. I'm guessing, you may not have cooked the meat long enough, though or else one of the ingredients does not agree with you. :dunno:

Yes I know....I see the rice!!!! And this is the first you are telling me it was pork, not beef. Pork absolutely cannot be undercooked under any circumstance. So either the pork was undercooked or you should avoid pork entirely.

This does NOT mean you need to give up on cook book recipe's though.
