I'm on a high dose anti-inflammatory med right now due to a breathing issue, and one of the side effects is increased appetite.

To a normal human, that's not necessarily a horrible side effect by side effect standards. But I am not normal, I am a cold-blooded food terminator at times.

So of course I just stopped by a grocery store and bought like 4 large bags of chips and a giant tub of mixed nuts. EDIT: and an order of lo mein.

Drop it, don't raise it.

Get normal wheels that don't look gaudy.
