Dude my metabolism finally started to slow down.

I have gained 15 pounds in the last year and, for the first time in my entire life, can't fit into most of my pants anymore.

I've always, until 2023, been able to pretty much eat whatever I want and never get above 160 lbs. Age finally caught up and now I have to eat like a normal human.

However, if I go on a cruise THE BUFFET IS GETTING f***ED THE HELL UP AND I DONT CARE. Or Indian buffet. or chicken wings.
