that wasn't a shitty simpsons episode it was near the end of good eps

guess i forgot to put the fog lights innn

It’s from “Treehouse Of Horror X” which is from season 11.

*fart noise*

Earlier “Treehouse” episodes had single segments that are/were much much much better than that entire f***ing episode was.

Therefore @Mantis is right.

Wait, do people actually think Michael Irvin is a good man

I don't have blinders on when it comes to his history, but in THIS case it seems rather baffling why he was suspended over something that sounds like a big nothing burger. I find it hard to imagine that he would be dumb or drunk enough to do something awful in the middle of a hotel lobby. Even if may verbally said something suggestive to her (i.e. inviting her to his room) all she had to do is say no and be done with it rather than go all Karen on him & have NFL Network clutch pearls over it.

The part that sours me is all of these "free speech advocates" whining about cancel culture that very obviously don't care about the involved parties because they just want to push their agenda.

Surely the NFL would understand the backlash to decisions like this, so I have my doubts that they would take action unless they're trying to avoid an even bigger media shitstorm.

It's a kind of no-win situation. Seeing as it's Super Bowl week, it's highly unlikely they're going to brush this under the rug and risk the massive backlash if it blows up. So they get stuck with the other shitty option, taking him off TV to kill the story, however now he's aggrieved, so he goes to the media and tells his story anyway.

Big night for HFBoards on "Championship Sunday". Tremendous numbers of people signed on to see my “Play by Play” of the AFC and NFC Championship…Like I mean Millions and Millions of people, and HF handled the Traffic well. Congrats to SniperHF and all of those great technicians and others who make HFBoards work. Thank you!

Actually you're wrong (hard to see how someone like you that watches Simpsons all day could form such an incorrect opinion) as the Treehouse of Horror episodes were solid past season 10.

That episode also had Desperately Xeeking Xena and Life's a Glitch, Then You Die

which were also some of the best ones done. not sure how you developed this misinformation. Are you sure you saw this episode

Desperately Xeeking Xena itself is a top 5 Treehouse of Horror segment. But "all the segments in that episode didn't compare to previous segments." That segment is already better than the one where they get kidnapped by aliens, or even the bob dole one

"Wait a minute Xena can't fly"

"I told you kids I'm not Xena I'm Lucy Lawless"

what's the matter with you hating on that skit lol

Too much time spent playing old ass NES roms instead of watching Simpsons and being reminded how good that episode was

Yes.

The Xena vs. Comic Book Guy segment was meh and I don’t even remember the other one which shows how unforgettable it was overall.

Frankly past season 9…who cares???

I'd like to hear the lady's side of the story.......at least so I can try & determine her sincerity & or whether the alleged offense warranted this punishment. I can tell you that in general, sadly, employers many times never come to the defense of their employees for fear of losing someone's business even if the person making the accusation is either an outright liar or just an ass in general.

And speaking of which:

BLACKSBURG, Va. (AP) — Quinten Post scored 24 points and grabbed 10 rebounds to lead Boston College to an 82-76 victory over Virginia Tech on Wednesday night.

Boston College had a double-digit lead for most of the second half, but a 15-6 surge in about a two-minute span pulled Virginia Tech within 80-76 with 18 seconds left. Chas Kelley sealed it with a pair of free throws with 14 seconds remaining.

Boston College (12-13, 6-8 ACC) has won five straight in the series against Virginia Tech (14-10, 4-9).

Only more until they get to that magic "9 in a row" that you never let me hear the end of last year. 😹
